Support & FAQ

Do I have to finish the course in one sitting?
No. Your progress saves automatically after every slide. Log in from any device and you'll be exactly where you left off.
Is there a test?
No. Texas TDLR does not require an exam for electrician continuing education. Complete all the course material and you're done. Each section ends with a short optional review to help the material stick.
Why can't I click Next right away?
Texas CE hours are measured in instruction time (one CE hour = 50 minutes). Each slide has a minimum read time so the course genuinely delivers the 4 hours TDLR requires — that's what makes your certificate valid.
When is my completion reported to TDLR?
We report completions to TDLR promptly — the state deadline is 7 days, and we beat it. After it posts you can renew at tdlr.texas.gov (TDLR charges its own renewal fee).
What does the course cost?
Standard price is $29.99, one time, everything included. Founding members (our first 100 customers) pay $24.99. Apprentice electricians always pay $19.99. And once you've taken the course with us, every future year's renewal is $19.99 — locked in for life. Contractors: 5-seat crew packs are $99 — email support.
How does the lowest price guarantee work?
Find a TDLR-approved 4-hour electrician CE course advertised for less than our price and we'll beat that price by 20%. Email the link or a photo of the ad to support before you pay and we'll send you a personal discount code — no fine print, no memberships required.
How does pay-later work?
Enroll and take the entire course free. Pay the one-time $29.99 fee whenever you like — your certificate and TDLR reporting unlock once you've both finished the course and paid.
What do I do after I finish?
Download your certificate from your dashboard and keep it at least one year. Then renew your license on the TDLR website — the CE requirement will show as satisfied once our report posts.
Which licenses does this course cover?
Master, Journeyman, Residential Wireman, Maintenance, Journeyman/Master Sign, Journeyman Lineman, and Apprentice electricians — Texas requires the same 4 hours for each. If you hold multiple licenses, one course covers them all.
